Prados is the Spanish word for meadows and it is just outside of the historic Adelaide Hills township of Meadows, about 45 minutes from the Adelaide city centre, that you will find PRADOSAlpacas.
With its green hills, lush pasture and Mediterranean climate, it's difficult to think of it as anything other than a little slice of paradise for people and alpacas alike.
PRADOSAlpacas specialise in breeding top quality Huacaya and Suri alpacas in fawn through to the darkest of browns using some of the most highly regarded genetics in Australia; iconic bloodlines including Auzengate, Inti, Highlander, Ruffo, Brigantine and Warrior appear throughout the herd.
Our success is reflected in the results that we've had in shows, both here in South Australia and interstate.
